Seven themes
Label seven cards Route, Rhythm, Cooperation, Waiting, Change, Repetition, and Ending. Take one into an activity and answer it with a detail afterward. A theme directs attention; it does not prescribe intensity or duration.
Answer with a detail
Route might be a corner where you changed direction. Cooperation might be a gesture checking that somebody was ready. The card is complete when the detail helps you remember the moment. A day can remain blank, or you can revisit an older note.
Find what you want to continue
After collecting a few cards, circle the themes you would like to experience again. They may become community writing prompts or remain private notes. The value of an activity need not depend on public numbers or rankings.
Make it a small practice
- Write the seven themes and choose any one today.
- Answer with one concrete detail afterward.
- Circle the theme you most want to revisit.
